| Hey guys, I got to meet a few people involved in jeepnation last weekend at the king of the canyons race, so I figured I would join the forum and make it out to some of your guys' wheeling events. I moved out here from Colorado Springs, CO and I have wheeled all over that state so I am looking forward to some new trails out here in TX. oh and the pics of my jeep in action: Some fun Scenic trails in Ouray, CO: Up the escalator at Moab: -Gavin |

| Thanks for all the warm welcomes guys. As far as the comparison to colorado trails I agree they have some pretty amazing scenery that is impossible to compare to. I do have to say though, I prefer challenging obstacles over scenery any day. Last weekend when I went to canyons offroad park I had a blast. There were a ton of fun obstacles that definately put my bald 33's to the test haha.
Oh and IntenseBlueSwamped I actually am out at San Angelo now working/doing some training at Goodfellow Air Force Base. |

Did you join the Air Force?! I was suppose to be stationed there once back in early 90s. |

Yes I have been in for a little over four years now.
I also noticed your signature mentions militaryjeepers. They had a pretty active chapter out in Colorado Springs I used to go wheeling with pretty often. I also made it out to Camp MJ Rocky Mountain this year. Pretty cool group.
Anyways though if I can get my new tires on this week, i am thinking I'll head out to to hf this weekend with the group of you guys going. Hopefully I'll get to meet some of you guys out there. |
