Including me, we have 6 jeeps with at least 12 seats. My contact with the air force group has registered under the name TJLex but can not post for 7 days. He wants to know how many jeeps you can handle so he knows how how hard to push it on his end. Let me know My friend said he can bring 20 kids but can narrow it down if necessary. I would like for him to be able to bring all 20 if we can get enough seats. There would also be some chaperons with them. If we can get them on the trail with us that would be awesome. Thank you for spreading the word about this

How cool it would be to get 20 seats, but how awsome it would be to have 20 jeeps.

Adaben, talk to your friend. I might be able to get a couple of local businesses and see if they will provide a bus for the kids and their gaurdians. Maybe. I might be able to pull it off.

Is this trip reserved for a club or group? If not count me in! I can offer 2 seats. What is the total count so far? If this is open to any wheelers I'll try to spread the word locally.

In my opinion if it means making memories for a child its open to whoever can help. I've enlisted the assistance of a fellow friend in another club and he has stepped up to help. As i see it the following have committed.

adaben
beached bum
lonestar rubi
hook-em
Chris

Plus 5 from S A Jeep Exclusive

Like I said it would be cool for the kids to show up see 20 jeeps stacked up. it would also give us some back up seats in case one of is has problems. Looks like you pulled off a good one adaben.

As far as I'm concerned, all are welcomed. It's about the kids!!!

Cool, I'm excited. This will also be a good opportunity for me to "meet the gang." Is anyone planning on spending the weekend there rather than just that Saturday?

Thanks for the offer but my friend has arranged the transportation. He has a couple of churches that help him out by loaning him a bus or two when needed. I would also echo the other responses, this trip is open to anyone that would like to come and help these kids get whatever problems they are having out of there minds for a day. Thanks to all of you for the enthusiastic responses to this.

I would love to do this. As it stands right now, I can do either 1/21 or 2/4. I do not see anything in the near future that would interfere with either of those dates either. I definitely cannot do the weekend of 1/7. Just putting that out there for consideration.

Gary- 1
Peter- 2

Total of 17 seats.
Questions: What is the name of the organization that we are supporting with this run?
What is the show time going to be for that day?
Are you guys planning on camping and making a weekend of it?

I think the only weekend I have open is 1/21. But it is way to early to tell. My Jeep is a big pussy, so the weather can be an issue for me as well.

Good to hear, sorry about your pussy.

I'll be flying in from CO the day before so I'm making a weekend out of it.

Have we settled on a date yet? I've seen that the 7th has a slight edge over the 21st. Just curious...

Id like to come out, It may just be myself and not my wife. The life of a resident is always full of hospital. It also depends on the weather for me. I still have some wonderful suck stock tires so I'd be pretty limited in my ability to do all that much. If I can make it, I would have at least 3 seats.

Jeep Exclusive has a meeting tomorrow so I might have a few more to add by the end of the week.

Do we have any updates on:

Show Time?
What Organization this is supporting?

So I don't think I can do any wheeling until I get a lift kit. I just got my new set of 35' BFG KM2's on my stock JK have little space for them to move around. Sad Sorry.
