PostSubject: install party in Corpus Christi.   Wed 02 Mar 2011, 8:37 am

Just got my 3" Full Traction lift in and my 34.5x12 cooper discover STT with 16x10 wheels will be here on Friday. I'm not in a great hurry to get this done given I'm in the middle of the semester, but spring break is coming up and i could manage to sneak away from work to get this thing done. However, I have never done an install like this, nor do I have the tools or location. So I have to ask who has a garage thats open, ill bring labor and lots of beer, just need the help.

Throw out times and dates that work, Thanks.

Tyler.

I'm open for this weekend... After that I'm out till the 26th... But you already knew that.

BTW, I'd be willing to do this after work sometime as well... Sleep is highly over-rated.

I'm going to get it to the dealership to see if they will do anything about the rattling thats coming from my doors and top. It's gotten the point where its almost concerning, and sense its under warrenty im going to insist that they at least look at it, so as to avoid a situation you found yourself in.

Good luck. I'm incredibly dissapointed in Chrysler/Jeeps warranty efforts. No

Well I think I can help you if you decide to do it this weekend or whenever at kennys. If not we can always get it done at my garage.

I was actually going to call you man (r_unda). You offered your garage a long time ago and i was going to take you up on it. I'm going to wait a week or so just to get the jeep to the dealership but probably the weekend after Kenny's wedding would be optimum honestly. Or any time after that.

If Raul is willing, it would be good to install the lift in CC so you could drive right over and get your tires.

This Saturday works for me. I have a 5K walk at 7am (yeah walk I am out of shape so not running it) but we can meet around 10-10:30am at my place.

If not next Saturday or Sunday also works for me. The rest of the weekends this month I already have plans.

ok, then if possible lets do it two weeks from now. The weekend of the 15th if thats agreeable. lets see if Scott has any time to come and help, the more the merrier. Roule (if i butchered your name i apologize) my number is 3616339004. send me a text or call me so we can get everything together. If it comes down to it though I would be willing to wait until the first weekend in April. I'm in no real hurry.

PostSubject: Re: install party in Corpus Christi.   Fri 11 Mar 2011, 7:02 am

I have a lot of space in my drive way for this, so lets say the ninth of April. I don't have many tools that would be good for a job like this, so if we can lets get a list together of what we will need ahead of time, and if you guys can help supply tools, ill buy the brew. There is a little wheeling spot not far from my house, we could head there after. I will say it is modest.... very, and at times trashy because people have used it for a dump. However, there will be some mud, and some nice climbing to test it all out.

If we need to change the location, or anyone would rather we do it in their garage, I'm all ears.

Ill post my address when it comes closer to 4-9.

Thanks again.

I have an electric impact gun. It's not air but it does the job.
