 My iron scorpion bumper build!

Started out with a weld-it-yourself kit from iron scorpion and then made a custom brush guard.
I wanted a good approach angle so I made it fit as tight to the body as I could.

Check out the pics







Heres the Girlfriend helping me out!




Here are the mounts/tie-ins... the stock location mounts are 3/16s and i welded 1/4 x 10" plate for the tie-ins and steering box brace.








And the brush guard...







Testing my welds lol


And heres the finished product!


There are so many more pics all over my computer and photobucket so if you guys want a certain pic of something I will try and find it.

Thanks, yeah I know I am lucky to have a girl who likes to get dirty and help the XJ grow. Its pretty awesome to ask "hey what you wanna do this weekend?" "oh I dunno maybe some fabbing and then the zoo" lol

Thanks Chris and Dern! I really like JCR's stuff good quality and designs, I went with this one for the experience of fabbing. I love to do stuff that is different, looks awesome, but IT HAS TO FUNCTION in real world situations.

I will have to post up my roof rack build as well. Oh BTW i may be selling my old rack with stock crossbars in the near future. Just a heads up.
