| How about these with a chrome rock/lock ring: http://www.quadratec.com/products/92605_1009_07.htm? Or do chrome wheels with black ring?? That way you get a touch of both colors.
They make red rings as well: http://www.quadratec.com/products/92605_2XX_A_PG.htm.
I really like those wheels and would have gotten them but didn't feel like spending $250/wheel (including ring).
EDIT: I frequently see a guy around my part of town with a black JK about like mine with the chrome wheels and black rings. I think it looks really good. |

| I think machined, clear-coated aluminum looks good. Polished aluminum looks good too. Black always looks good on jeeps b/c there is so much black on them. Chrome = no no!
I say black. |

| Red jeep can go either way with black or alum.
I also like the idea of polished alum w/black or even a red ring. Just think about how you'll use your jeep. In the end, get what you really want. IMHO don't base your decision too much on what we say. If it's not exactly what you want, you'll never be completely happy with them and will likely spend more $$ later getting what you really wanted the first time.
just my $.02

| My 2cents I like the silver or chrome. Chrome is easier to care for than polished, ages years down the road, the polished rim clearcoat gets dull looking. Then it has to be stripped and repolished evey 6 months or so. |

| Skip those sim lock rings unless you just drive on the road. They are thin aluminum and bend like a champ...not worth the extra cost. |

| Like Jody said, the rings will look all messed up if you go wheeling. I had a set similar to that, and the rings did not last very long.
however for a mall crawler you'll be fine. |
