PostSubject: Glad to be here!   Tue 05 Oct 2010, 8:41 am

I think I am your clubs first East Coast Member. I am glad to be part of your group, hopefully I can get my rig out to Texas and wheel with you guys or have you up my way. I wheel at the predominant East Coast 4x4 park, Rausch Creek. It has been listed numerous times in 4x4 publications and is usually one of the don't miss places to go.

I always seem to be tinkering with my Jeep, as of right now I have the following mods: Rusty's 2" BB, MBPR Rock Rails & Off Road Exhaust, Rugged Ridge front stubby, Silverback 10,000lbs winch, Rough Country performance steering stabilizer, JKS track bar, Rancho front dif slider, ARB rear diff cover, Cepek DC-1's wrapped in BFG MTR's.

I am thinking of not wheeling the rest of this year so I can save some money for a 3" suspension lift and either 33's or 35's for next year.

Glad you let me join and hope to learn some things from you guys about wheelin' and Jeeps. I sent Renee some pictures of my rig at RC and hopefully she puts them on your site.

But here is one of my favorite ones my wife shot:

Thanks for having me.

I am thinking either Teraflex, Rough Country or Black Diamond. Any suggestions?

Do you think I will need to re-gear if I run 35's? What other weak spots will going to 35's bring about?

Depends on your budget, my preference would be Teraflex, but the others have good products too.
I've seen Black Diamond had great reviews for there kits a few years back for the JK's.
I'd focus more on what kit comes with adjustable control arms, and how complete it is.
All depends on what type of wheeling you plan to do.
