Here are some pics of my Smittybilt XRC STinger frt bumper I installed today.Need to install the Smitty Comp 10 next then my Rancho 4" lift finally came so next weekend will be lift and poly high steering system I hope.

Thanks I had time to install the winch before the Dallas game so here are some pics with the Smitty Winch. Still need to install the SYn rope and cover bag.

I think I am going to cut the lower crash bar off once I lift it.
Ordered my Poly performance Flip kit and upper track bar brace last nite.

Ok sold my soft top and used that money to buy:
Poly Performance :Flip kit and Upper trackbar brace and
JKS: FRT and Rear adjust trackbars/FRT quick disconnects/rear bar pin eliminators

Also have to install yet is a set of Smitty XRC fender flares /Rancho 4" lift/CB and have my 5.13 gears

Yeah I have all them tools just wanted it to look clean and a Plasma cutter will do that without all the grinding.

BTW you may want to weld some gussets for the stinger hoop. kinda like the gussets the LOD stingers have.

and sorry to burst your bubble, but the plasma does leave a little slag. the saws-all probably has the least "clean up" I've seen so far for something like that. I spent a lot of time with a plasma recently (pics soon) and can tell you there was plenty of grinding to clean up the cuts.

Well I never said no grinding but I wanted to grind as little as possible.
