hey Phil, good to see you back on the boards. Hope all is well.

Wheeling is done for me until November (work) so it looks like the New Years Gilmer run is on the radar.

Hopefully I will be able to get out to K2 in the spring.

I am going to try and make this one. I can't do the Labor Day weekend run because of work. Will it be open on Friday the 24th? The weekend rate shows camping Friday and Saturday nights.

They usually open around 3:00pm on Friday, but that is strictly for arriving, setting up camp, etc, and they usually don't let people out on the trails until Saturday.

We will be open Labor Day weekend. Saturday Sunday and Monday till 3 P.M. . Regular fees apply. $75 for driver for 3 days wheeling, camping included. Passenger,$5 per day and a flat $10 if camping. Gates open @ 3PM on Friday afternoon. Showers for everyone and swimming hole full of water. Also will lead a group to the Llano River each day. Zukecrawlers are the title sponsor for the weekend but everyone welcome.

They tend to charge more for 3-day weekends, Sept 25-26 should be the usual $50 weekend rate:
