| the little trim piece that holds the rubber shift boot in place, those little plastic studs that go from the top to the bottom through the holes in the shift boot, they melted. I know crazy. Anyways, got a new shift boot assembly (that is already attached to the new trim pieces.) $22. Anyways I have heard to remove the shift knob you have to yank like a mofo. But before I start yanking on my knob violently and tearing shit up I needed to hear from N2 telling me it is the right thing to do. (others advice is welcome to!) |
