| they seem to all go for $750-1000 regardless of condition it seems. mines a little rough nut had no major rust, just surface rust. even came with a military tarp and a reciever pintle. found it in Bayside and practically stole it. he was asking $600 and said he had advertised it before with no takers, anyways $450 took the trailer, the hitch and the tarp home.
I forgot to mention that I swapped the springs and shackles when I did the axle. it was leaning to one side and had the C style shackles on it. if anyone is doing a swap on these trailers the springs are the same as CJ3 front spring and the shackles are the same as well. I used a plate style shackle and some Rancho springs that are supposed to lift a CJ3 1.5" I think. the old spring pack was probably 7-10 leaves thick and the new one is like 4 leaves. I also used shocks for the front of a CJ3. |
