PostSubject: Coast Trip May 22nd   Sun 18 Apr 2010, 8:53 pm

We are doing a day run to the Coast on May 22nd, we plan on getting up early and heading down to check out those dunes Coastal Pirate found. Hope you can join us, let me know, we will determine the time and meeting lcoation soon. Kenny can you join us??

This is a day trip for most, however some may want to make it a weekend trip.

We will probably do another "Day Trip" to the coast in June, then we have our weeknd trip planned in July.

I will be in Port A that weekend. Going down for a bachelor party. Let me know when things are set up. I would love to check out the dunes.

I actually may make it. It all kind of depends on how this whole volcanic ash thing works out.... I'm still stuck here in San Antonio, grounded due to the disruption in EU air traffic.

I have used that excuse for the last 5 years. One of these days she is going to catch on that I am not planning on doing any yard work.
Life is too short to go out and pull weeds. I haven't told her I just ordered the Rock Hard cage for the Jeep. Do you think she will notice it when it's installed? It's for her safety, when she's in the Jeep.

Problem is, we have no land scaping. We have to start from scratch and have about an acre to play with. I don't want to do a half arse job, so it is going to be expensive to do what we want to do. The Jeep is a lot cheaper to buy stuff for, and a lot more fun.
Damn Jeep has broken my bank account, so less funds in the yard department.

You could always set up a rock garden/course. No need to worry about having to cut the grass.

My dry creek was flowing pretty good last Saturday with all the rain we had.
I was tempted to make a run in it, but I am sure the neighbors would not like it too much.

Well heck, with all the B-day celebrations, we may as well celebrate our anniversary with everyone, its on the 26th!! Its our 15th.... We will do our best to hang out with everyone since we do live right here!! We have a decent little wheeling spot that is on the way to Port A, close to the Aransas Pass side of the ferry. Maybe we could all hit it on the way over!?!?!?!?
