no Renee's Regret .... thoroughly disappointed you didn't even try it . After all that hard work we put into it and our own club won't even run it when they get the chance .......
me neither.... not yet at least still waiting on a few more mods |
You better do the "submarine" conversion mod if you want to run "Renee's Regret" right now. |

|
great meeting you joe. great meeting all of yall. i had a blast wheel'n and amazed to what my jeep could and can do. after sunday... Re-gear is first on my list. I have 4.11 sitting in my room. (pic) The rear has a carrier and the front is just ring an pinion. but idk what i wanna do. i heard i need a carrier for the front and do not wanna deal with that so i wanna sell them. I would rather get a 4.56 or 4.88 gear set for the olllllllo that way its bolts right to existing carriers and overhaul the axle. idk what gear. i like the 4.56 but 4.88 sounds better to run the 33's right now and later the 35's when the km2 wear down. Im thinking 4.88 on 33 would make 1st gear "low" and 6th gear "5th" on highway. I applied some math (if correct) to the whole gear/tire/wheel rotation/ rotating weight (including tranny gear ratios)...and when in 5th (while driving) my final gear is 2.89. i applied 4.56 to the equation and came with 3.70 final gear.... so im a bit confused to 4.56 or 4.88. any suggestions? (the bug bite me...) sitting in my room [img] [/img] Get with Randy, potlickingpitrate and hook up with Eric, the gear guy. He can tell you exactly what works for your needs. I spewed some numbers at him on Sat and he pulled out I guess a calculator or something, by the time I turned around whatever he had he put back in his pocket and came out with calculations which would work best for me. Pick his brain. Check with Randy. .02 |

| I went from 3.73s to 4.88s with an auto trans. I didn't need a carrier for either the front or rear. What gear ratio do you have now? _________________ 08 4 door....BANANAMAN yellow round tires.... some stuff added.... more stuff wanted.... even more stuff needed /I _I_,[____], L-I_I_I -OIIIIIIO- ()_)....()_) ...
