Joey posted this on another forum, I thought it was cool.


" I have been through the forum and haven't seen any Jerry cans mounts other then to the tire carriers. Here is one I did to the JK. Living in the Gulf area we left for Hurincane Rita and wished I had more petrol."

Parts:
Blitz Jerry can 5 gallons
Blitz Jerry can holder
1/8" thick stainless steel disc 12-1/2" diameter
2 pieces 1/8" thick stainless steel 1" wide x 12" long
4 pieces 1/2-13 all-thread 8" long
Nuts, flatwashers, and lock washers.
Black can of spray paint

Disc is made to fit inside 16" rim with holes for all-thread between the spokes.

lol! nope, ur not missing nothing. the title says "jerry can mount." not "jerry can & mount" or even "jerry can in the mount" :duh:
