I agree. time has a habit of doing that. but i'm still waiting to hear back from BMRA. I've been told I should receive a call back this week.

All depends on park arrangements, sponsors, etc.
| Quote: | T-Shirt: ? just do it already |
will be decided soon. how soon? donno. only time will tell .
| Quote: | Sponors: Who are they? Will they be present? Items donated? Raffle? |
sorry, again all i can say is we are working on it. this will take the longest because some will never respond. others will respond at the last minute. and some will say "yes" but not come through in the end.

you looking for the rasberry berett already??? again, once sponsors are worked out, we will decide on contests, etc for awards.
Trust me when i say it's alot of work and the worst part is the waiting and watching the calendar days fall off. everything depends on the response from BMRA. once that is locked in, we can proceed with everything else. _________________ 08 4 door....BANANAMAN yellow round tires.... some stuff added.... more stuff wanted.... even more stuff needed /I _I_,[____], L-I_I_I -OIIIIIIO- ()_)....()_) ... | OK I just got the sponsor package info.
I have a lot of questions and concerns.
Does anyone know how many of last years sponsors showed up for the event?
And what all was donated? _________________ If you can't play with the big dogs then get off the porch! | Mr.RonGilbert wrote: | | It's like when you hear a fire truck with it's sirens full blast.... you just have to take a look at what is getting flamed..... |

He just happened to be there.
If you are getting sponsors, you want people like 4WheelParts, Trail Duty, etc... who will donate raffle items...which attracts more attendees. Or just make it an organized run for the board and call it good for about 50 peeps. |

| Justin I really don't think my questions and concerns are something you alone can answer.
mainly I wanna know who is going to present the packages to who.
I know in Renee's first thread about needing help, multiple people said they would help get sponsors. I think we need to list of who's going to talk to who, I would hate for the vendors to he hit up by multiple people.
Also there are a few people here on the site that have more pull with certain vendors then others might have. _________________ If you can't play with the big dogs then get off the porch! | Mr.RonGilbert wrote: | | It's like when you hear a fire truck with it's sirens full blast.... you just have to take a look at what is getting flamed..... |

| I understand your concern and we have got this coverd Myself and Jon are working together on a list of potential sponsors that we will contact so that way multiple people will not contact the same sponsor. |

| Ancira Chrysler Jeep Dodge is going to be a sponsor. i will pitch to our GM, but i need to know some things to pitch this how many people in total attended last year? how many Jeeps? How many T-shirts are we going to make? how much is each shirt? what is the food bill going to be? from a dealership, what would you like? oil changes? differential service? money? Hats? T-shirts? I was thinking we could sponsor the food or the t-shirts and give away some hats. I will get as much as I can, but with all the maintenance stuff that you guys do on your own, i don't know what we could give that you guys would want. I also just met the regional sales rep for bestop and we deal with a new company INXS truck & auto accessories on 1604 and babcock area i (we) can hit up as well. |
