No really I never read the e-mails but happened to read them last night....because I was bored.

as it sits they have been sending e-mail to G and N2 at the wrong addys so they never got them anyhow lol

I think the forum is the best way to let people know whats going on, but what do I know.....

i got some correct email addresses now ! yup, i sent an email to give certain people a heads up on a few things that everyone didn't need to know about.

G has a good point. What i was going to do later is .... wait. just check the TSJM official thread in a few minutes.

Guys we are a club, I have the master email list, that is why we have a application process. Just send me any updates you may have had since you turned in your applcations

i can understand using email to INFORM the membership of whats going on in the club, what i cannot understand is using it for public discussion

I agree that we need to use the forum as the primary mode of discussion and leave the emails to a minimum... I get enough already.

Yea there is a thread area in the club section but there is a thread area for TX4WD.ORG So does that mean this is the offical forum for them too.

ahhhhh no but............................ in order to be a member of TX4WD.org you have to be a member of their forum and they do not send ANY e-mails at ALLLLLLLLLLLL!

I think it is appropriate for me and the Chapter Leaders to send out emails when needed, ( I try to keep it at a minimum)if you get a email and want to respond you should probably not copy EVERYONE.
