| I'll be up for heading to Longs in the fall also but since I can't make it to the beach and a few others and I are planning on going I figured someone might be interested. |

| Any interest on a Long's run the weekend of the 24-26? I saw there is a big beach run going on but maybe someone might not be able to head out there and is interested in a run out to see Joe! Post up with any interest and remember he's got the river right there to cool off in!
