Thanks for the enlightenment Cody. Some Jeep owners still don`t know about it. I still get the Shocked Rolling Eyes No Sleep :watchout: :rolleyes2: :hypnotized: but it's all good. I wave anyway.

You know the wave thing sure gets under my skin!!!!!

When I had my YJ every JEEP on the road waved now that I have the JK only 1/2 of them wave!

There is this White Bone Stock TJ in Magnolia, TX for the past 4 years I have seen him at the same light at least 4 times a week (we must head out for work at the same time everyday) Oh yes everyday he would wave at me and my Lil YJ and then I got the JK now that S.O.B. will not wave at me. I wanna run him over and smack him!

I guess he thinks the JK isn't a true JEEP! Let's see what he does when I start driving my CJ!

Same thing happend in When TJ's came out. I had a 97 TJ, first year of coil springs so "not a real jeep". Plus a lot of non off roaders started buying them because of improved ride. Now the JK with 4 doors. If I remember right, same thing happened when YJ's came out because of square headlights. I just wave and don't worry about it. I am sure lots of people have waved at me and I missed it. Everybody waved at CJ2, Jeeper or not.

that is funny...... don't care who you are.

I have done the same thing in my F250...

They need to hand out a "history of the wave" pamphlet at the dealership when you buy your rig... that way folks might get it.... at least the ones who read all the crap that comes with a new rig. If you sell one then it is up to you to educate the new owner on the wave....

I want a sticker/decal to put on the windshield right in front of the steering wheel. It would be the top half of a steering wheel with a hand at the 1:00 position giving the 2 finger wave/peace sign. That way I would never miss anyone.
