| hey Paul if you decide to sell your hard top talk to Steve I think he wanted to buy one for Shannon's Jeep.
Josh yeah I looked at 4WP it's like 65 for the top but you have to buy that stupid header for it which is another 50 bucks....these JK's are not like my old YJ you can't just buy a cheap channel to go on the windshield frame...it sucks. I will prob break down and buy one this summer unless I find one use and for a great deal! _________________ If you can't play with the big dogs then get off the porch! | Mr.RonGilbert wrote: | | It's like when you hear a fire truck with it's sirens full blast.... you just have to take a look at what is getting flamed..... |

| These are all starting to blur together. I thought there was a bikini top that uses the header channel and one that doesn't. All I seem to find now is the header channel one. What I don't know is if it uses the factory soft top channels over the doors or if it buckles around the roll bars.
Here is the one I am looking at. http://www.4wheelparts.com/prodDetail.aspx?groupID=267 |

[url=http://www.4wheelparts.com/prodDetail.aspx?groupID=267 | http://www.4wheelparts.com/prodDetail.aspx?groupID=267[/quote[/url]] I have the bestop bikini and have it strapped to the roll bar, you can use the softtop surrounds as well. I have a second windshield header that I am not using. |

| That's what I wanted to know. I also have a spare header channel so I preferred that type. Does it stay secured to the roll bar? Would you recommend it? |

| It stays secure to the roll bar, but I had a shop attach better straps to the top to make it easier and tighter to fasten to the roll bar. You probably don't need it, but it was money well spent in my opinion. |
