At Barnwell after a few days of wheelin (FIRST TIME AND I LOVED IT!!!) I had done a pretty good job of avoiding anything that might get me in trouble knowing that I didnt have sliders (yet). N2, Geo, FNU, Rubi, AG and the others did a good job of keeping me out of trouble and allowing me to bother them with the endless noob questions. Left with some rockrash on the lower panel under the passenger side rear door. Two dents and some scratches. All fixed within a week after getting hooked up by a forum member.

Before:

After!!!

Here is the vid - thanks to N2 for the fancy editing and "OOOOO" sound effect!!

I am picking up the new Shrock sliders tomorrow. Rear bump/tire carrier to follow. I am also going to put some $$$$ down on their rack and jerry can system. They brought it to the hooters run and it looked tougher than woodpecker lips!

Hopefully spending a fraction on protection will save a fortune on body work..... at least that's the plan anyway. Got the sliders on (almost) next comes the rear bump then the underside..... never ending it seems.

The sliders just made a return in the investment.... after giving it a bath I found a nice little 8" gash in the slider that happened at Hidden Falls.. I remember it happening on Wet & Wild just forgot to look closer.

Would have been damn near the same spot as before too
