| Funny story - One day a few years back I`m driving along and see another Jeeper stopped on the side of the road. I shoot over to the shoulder just in time, throw it in reverse, and come rumbling to a very dusty stop. Hop out, fast walk over to the "stranded Jeep" and ask if he needs help. He looks at me like  and says "no thanks, I`m just putting my soft windows back in -it`s starting to rain". Needless to say I felt pretty deflated :balloonsmilie: as I walked back to my rig. I couldn`t help feeling like a jackass for a bit. Then had to laugh at myself, & figured at least I stopped. You never know. Maybe next time the person might have a broken fingernail or something, and I might be of service.

| :duh: at least he wasnt taking a pi$$ on the side of the road. can you imagine, walking back from taking that roadside wiz to get back in and someone stops asks if you need some help :rofl:

This has happened!!!
In Corpus, after coming off the beach me and the family were driving the long road back to civilization, and we saw Mudhound pulled off on the side of the road. Well, I've been a biker forever, and bikers always stop when they see a stranded bike. So I'm not going to be any different in the Jeep- I see Mudhound apparently broke down on the side of the road, and I'm going to stop. Meanwhile Mudhound is attempting to wave me past |
