Lets get a good head count on who is going. Justin says they have great new showers there at Krause.

What time to start wheeling??? 10am -3pm, then head to Krause, shower, eat, rest, swim, what do you guys think??. The fireworks starts at 9pm and they close the gate at 9pm so we have to be there before then.
It is $5.00 for adults and $4.00 for kids to get into Krause Springs, its $10.00 to camp. Here is the web-site.

Also for those just going for a day trip to Krause the $5.00 is just for day guests after the firework show is over they will reopen the gates for day guests to leave. If you’re camping all you have to pay is $10 per adult per night,

For those that might have a small budget next to Krause Springs there is a LCRA over night park that is primitive camping only (no showers/no running water) they might have a waterless toilet but not sure. The price to camp there is between $5-$10 per vehicle

Let me know what time eveybody wants to start wheeling on that saturday.
Boulder Creek gets dusty, so you might want to bring a change of clothes.

Krause sounds good, we can wheel at Boulder Creek (Hidden Falls) and spent the late afternoon early evening at Krause to relax and BBQ.

They have a bunch a bbq pits and picnic tables at Krause, both in the camping and day area. They have this area where the spring fed water overflows from the pool before it gose down to the creek that people put there watermelons in to get cold too.
